Solo mode
Optimized for one "spoken" sound source, e.g. conference calls / work from home calls or live broadcasts with one moderator. CONNEX is optimized for speech coming from the front while reducing unwanted sound from the back and sides. If you're having trouble making a clear call in a busy office, coffee shop, or airport lounge, "White: Solo Mode" is the answer.

Group mode
Designed for multiple "spoken" sound sources, e.g. round table conference call or live broadcast with multiple presenters, the four SSL CONNEX microphones and optimized mix settings mean that all presenters are clearly heard and unwanted background noise is not.

Vocal mode
Vocal mode is for when inspiration strikes and you just have to record your performance. Using SSL's legendary EQ and dynamics processing algorithms to enhance your recording or live performance, Vocal Mode rejects sound from the sides and back of the SSL CONNEX to make your performance absolutely stand out.

Music mode
Music mode is designed for a group of musicians and allows you to capture the group's creativity. SSL CONNEX intelligently changes the sensitivity of the microphone array to reduce noise level and unwanted background noise. Immersive mode
