The violin has signs of wear on it, one string cracked. Communication through the hotline terrible, complaint on the site almost impossible to complete... Something constantly wrong... Actually a good way to not want anything and especially not to buy here again. On the first contact when I managed the lady told me that the missing grasshopper on the violin is normal, that I have to buy it separately. Either she doesn't understand or I made a mistake with the choice of the shop
