Electro-acoustic guitar from Celebrity Standard series that has the classic mid-depth Lyrachord cutaway body with a solid spruce top which features a quartersawn scalloped “X” bracing: Ovation’s reviewed their earlier bracing patterns extensively and arrived at a remarkable design that borrows from the past and is voiced for the present. With natural tone and optimal response and power, the body and top create the classic Ovation Elite sound, resonating with full projection, remarkable note clarity and balance, and nuanced tonal complexity. The spruce top also has an elegant pearloid rosette, ivory white binding and beautiful natural finish. Other premium features include an effortlessly playable nato neck with a natural satin finish and rosewood-veneer headstock, 20-fret bound rosewood fingerboard with pearloid microdot inlays, and a rosewood bridge. Scale length is 641 mm, width of the ABS nut fret is 43 mm. For great live sound, the guitar features an Ovation Slimline pickup and OP-4BT preamp system with three-band EQ, volume/gain control, on-board tuner and low-battery light. It is also equipped with die-cast sealed tuners, chrome hardware and D'Addario EXP11 Coated 80/20 Bronze, Light strings (.012-.053).
