Specialized pickup set for Stratocaster electric guitar that features two EMG’s SA single-coil pickups and one EMG’s 81 humbucker pickup. EMG started to add a humbucker pickup to a Strat took off back in the early 80's and since then they have added just about every conceivable combination. The SA/SA/81 combination brings together the classic EMG 81 humbucker with two Alnico V loaded single-coils for a combination that is aggressive in the bridge and smooth yet articulate in the middle and neck positions. The system can either be fully or partially assembled depending on the guitar and the wanted sound. Since all EMG's use a solder-less wiring system, the pickups can be changed easily at any time without any soldering. Black colour.
