Yes the enclosure is a phenomenal recreation of the original units, but none of that matters if the pedals doesn’t sound amazing. And it really does. Dripping with sustain and rich in upper harmonic goodness this is the muff you have been looking for if you crave the original Ram’s Head sound.

Ho acquistato entrambi i Caprid. Esteticamente sono impressionanti per il lavoro che la W&C è riuscita a fare. Il Blue è un pedale eccellente, ha molto gain e volume e ricalca alla perfezione il suono di David Gilmour. Non è molto scavato per essere un muff ed esce molto bene nel mix. Il rosso ha meno gain e volume e suona più come un classico muff (come eq.) ed è un ottimo complemento al blu se si è amanti di questo tipo di pedale.

I purchased both Caprids. Aesthetically they are impressive for the work that W&C managed to do. The Blue is an excellent pedal, it has a lot of gain and volume and perfectly reflects David Gilmour's sound. It's not very deep for a muff and comes out very well in the mix. The red has less gain and volume and sounds more like a classic muff (like eq.) and is an excellent complement to the blue if you love this type of pedal.
