I bought this bass guitar because at first glance it caught my eye with its workmanship - a varnished neck, which is hard to find in this price range. The bass guitar looked really nice at first glance, I wanted to change the white pickguard to a black one, but wow! After removing the original pickguard, a piece of unpolished paint peeked out at me (the Chinese probably think we're complete idiots and we can't tell) - a job for a Chinese for about 30 seconds, so I ask myself the question "WHY?!"... OK, that probably wouldn't matter that much in the end, because it's not visible anyway, but the second "surprise" was that the screw holes on the pickguard were obviously drilled through and there were two holes next to each other - OK, that probably wouldn't matter that much in the end, that the tuning machines needed to be lubricated? OK, that's probably good, but what made me complain about the bass was the fact that the pickguard (original white for black) couldn't be replaced, because the original one is an anomaly in shape... Muziker rejected my complaint, claiming that the errors I found were a standard manufacturing process and rejected the complaint, so I returned this bass as unsatisfactory and withdrew from the contract within 14 days. Honestly, for that money you can get a new Harley Benton, or Squier Sonic, whose workmanship is completely different from this polished cinder. I don't want to throw the entire SX brand into one bag, after all, this was the cheapest model, but the salesman's attitude really put me off, so for me, NO, I don't recommend it.
