Spitfire Audio GAZE is a groundbreaking sample library designed to capture the essence of futuristic rock and distorted soundtracks. Recorded to tape at deafening volumes through an array of ribbon microphones and the vintage Neve 8048 console at London Bridge Studios in Seattle, GAZE delivers an authentic, warm, and immersive sonic experience that perfectly suits the ecstatic art rock and shoegaze genres.

Created in collaboration with artist Skyscapeparadise, this library offers a comprehensive collection of meticulously sampled instruments, including guitars, bass, drums, and re-amped synthesizers. Each element has been captured with intense attention to detail, preserving the nuances of live performance and the unique character of the recording environment.

GAZE features an extensive preset library, ranging from main guitar presets like Veil Industries, JazzDisaster, and Mahayana, to artist-inspired patches such as Afterlife, Cetacean Ascendent, and Cricket Chorus. These presets provide a versatile foundation for composers and producers to sculpt their soundscapes with ease.

Advanced controls include Reverse, Envelope Follower, Distortion, Low Pass Filter, and Reverb, alongside multiple convolution reverb options like Pool, Plate, Stairwell, and Outside. Users can tailor the sound further by selecting from different microphone setups and mixes, including D.I., Amp, and Room, ensuring maximum flexibility and creative control.
