NO NON E' VERO. Ho letto cose esagerate in merito. Pensaci molto bene!

The guitar arrives in its Schecter box contained inside the shipping box filled with air bubbles for support. The guitar is OBVIOUSLY not set up as it says. On the contrary. And as I had already read in another review I found the exact same problems: the neck pickup is mounted at an inclined angle with respect to the reference of the strings; the action is totally wrong; the luthier, in an attempt to make the first setup with the string change, had to turn the truss rod to the maximum, bending the neck in the center in order to maintain a decent action. The solution, as I read in that review already cited, was to smooth the frets! and my luthier didn't care! It says a lot that I left the guitar to one person and gave it back to another person. But this is not a review of the luthier who obviously will never see me again (I even left him 58E.. to turn a few screws!). You could also say that another point of attack could have been the nut. A nut that is sold with great fanfare here on this model but which in fact is really low and compromises the entire setup preventing play in the middle of the neck. A solution proposed afterwards was to change it with a hand-made bone one... something that often revolutionizes the sound of any guitar and certainly would have done well here too. Next time. The guitar is decent. However, I would like to scale down many sentences read before buying it: ahh guitar that is worth much more than the cost! wow! etc.etc. NO IT IS NOT TRUE. It costs a lot of money and I would like to see that it does not sound decent. The top is true and remarkable if you like the genre. It has a thin body... I was chasing the slim of the standard SG and here I got close. The weight is slightly less than what you expect looking at it... but only slightly! I have read exaggerated things about it. The PUs sound powerful... but I don't know how to make a comparison. The 5 screws on the back where the neck connects are a bit ugly to look at also because they are unusual.. unusual as well as the order of the mechanics that still confuses me ... to me who comes from Ibanez. The push-pull works.. but I still can't judge the quality of the sounds. It holds the tuning decently.. both during the performance of songs and between one session and another even after days. Always important to stretch the strings with malice to settle the game. I got it on sale and I still think I paid too much for it. Think carefully.. if you chose this one it means you are looking for a double HB guitar with a fixed bridge. Are you sure you want the Schecter? Think very carefully!
