I have been satisfied with Muziker so far, but I find their approach to complaints unacceptable. Despite the fact that there was a clear defect in the goods, which was not my fault, the claim was rejected on grounds I could not agree with. Even sadder, even after sending a formal disagreement and request for redress, the shop ignored my arguments and simply sent the goods back to me. Instead of seeking a solution, they chose the route of putting the customer in front of the finished thing. I am currently forced to refer this dispute to the Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI) under alternative dispute resolution. If you are planning to buy more expensive equipment, I recommend you consider other sellers who value the customer even in the event of a failure of the goods."
