We ordered a product that was available on the website. Only 24 hrs later we find it’s not available. In todays tech this isn’t good enough. We did purchase a lower grade replacement it arrived promptly and we were refunded the balance. So Overall it was successful despite the initial disappointment-

My guitar arrived in perfect condition. Much better value than Thomann and pretty much everyone else. Delivery was a bit slow but that seems to be normal nowadays for all shipping. I'd certainly recommend them.

Well packed and delivered quickly to Ireland

Any good company will deliver on time as advertised. This is what is expected. However, to really judge a company you need to see how they handle things when something goes wrong and Muziker handled my order problem quickly and prefessionally. I will certainly shop with them again.

DPD tracking link was broken but they sorted it very quickly. Sound staff, polite and fast. Will absolutely use them again. Item as described, and for a better price than anywhere else I saw.

10+ days delivery across three countries which makes carbon footprint a concern. Product fine however also in the delivery package was a very heavy piece of gym equipment which I did not order. No invoice or info except a QR which method I don’t use so now I have the inconvenience of not being able to return ( which is my time being wasted even if possible )and if I recycle it it will cost me money. If this heavy metal item is a free offer it was unsolicited and is unwelcome .If it was an error on your part then someone else is missing their order and in either case it is poor service and an inconvenience .
