The process went smoothly and delivery was slightly faster than promised, so a great experience. However, one star off is because your shopping cart demands a house/street number in the address, and my house has no number--a common thing in Ireland. I had to put 0 as the number to place my order, and trust that the delivery driver would understand to ignore it. Not confidence inspiring, but it worked out.

I found the descriptions and photos brilliant and easy to select from. I was disappointed that it was suggestd to me to buy an adapter for the plug as well. Which I did do. But the record player came with all the different plugs so didn't need an adaptor
