I was delighted to get my Tapestry set through UPS though delivery was a day late. The item was very carefully packaged and all the relevant wools were in it. I have started to work on the canvas it brings me much joy to do the work. Thank you Muziker.

The speed of replies during the process and the help. Made the replacement so easy. The time frame was fantastic and great to deal with. The guitar is amazing and I would highly recommend muziker and I will be using this shop again.

UPS courier are not predictable in my area, my item is still not delivered, UPS status shows shipping address is incorrect and awaiting update from seller so not much I can do, no parcel yet, I have received plenty of orders from muziker so not sure what's wrong this time

Purchased my Enya Go accoustic electric guitar after seeing some reviews on YouTube. I was not disappointed. The sales process was simple and clear. My guitar arrived later than specified but through no fault of Musiker or the courier. It was delayed as a result of storm damage to the ferry port in Wales UK. Nevertheless it was possible to track the parcels journey through the system. When it arrived I was very impressed by the care taken to the packaging of the guitar. It arrived in perfect condition and on inspection it all worked as expected. I am thrilled to have it and I look forward to exploring all its features in the weeks ahead.

I ordered lovely wool again from this business which came quick enough considering it has to travel from Slovakia to Ireland & was kept updated on a regular basis. Will order again and hope that there will be a bit more quantity to choose from for there were only 3 balls of yard from a particular colour I needed. Not enough for a larger project unfortunately. But the quality was excellent and I'm happy with the service.
