GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE & QUICK DELIVERED AND RETURNS COLLECTION. BADLY PACKED, BASICALLY PUT A SEALED BOX INTO A BOX FOR DELIVERY WITH NO INTERIOR PACKING (BUBBLE WRAP ETC) IN MY VIEW ITEM GOT DAMAGED DUE TO NOT BEEN PACKAGED PROPERLY AND HAD TO BE SENT BACK. REALLY GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WERE VERY HELPFUL TO HAVE ITEM SHIPPED BACK BUT IT SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN DAMAGED IF PACKING WAS DONE PROPERLY. LETS SEE IF THE REPLACEMENT PICKUP IS PACKED PROPERLY.

Everything was great on the website — good price, fast shipping, and the product is original and amazing. BUT the problem was the delivery company: UPS. I paid for shipping, which is fine, but the real issue was the support and delivery service. On Friday, the tracking said they attempted delivery and that nobody was home. That’s not true — I work from home, have CCTV around the house and at the front door, and there was no sign of any delivery attempt. Just unprofessional. I called their call center and spoke to a nice girl who said, “Keep your phone with you, maybe the driver will come back today.” She said it could be within an hour — but again, no one showed up. Then, on Monday morning, the driver finally came. He found my house easily, rang the bell, and left the box. I’d bet they never even tried on Friday and the package never left the warehouse. Avoid this company. Pay a little more and choose a more reliable delivery service.
