Quick and efficient web site , notifications were great and product was as expected

The efficiency of Muziker was outstanding. However the swift delivery was delayed by Customs either at the Slovakian end or the Irish end even though both countries are EU member states. When the package was delivered it had a sticker "opened by customs" Perhaps there is so little trade between our countries that the customs people need something to do!

Easy transaction. Great price for a brand new record.

The process went smoothly and delivery was slightly faster than promised, so a great experience. However, one star off is because your shopping cart demands a house/street number in the address, and my house has no number--a common thing in Ireland. I had to put 0 as the number to place my order, and trust that the delivery driver would understand to ignore it. Not confidence inspiring, but it worked out.

I found the descriptions and photos brilliant and easy to select from. I was disappointed that it was suggestd to me to buy an adapter for the plug as well. Which I did do. But the record player came with all the different plugs so didn't need an adaptor
