Purchase was straight forward, delivery was quick. Price was reasonable. I had no need to contact customer care, so can't comment on that. All in all a good experience. The product was a Celestion G12H Anniversary speaker preowned, unused... had slightly more signs of wear than discribed, but works great. I'd guess the previous purchaser had tried to put it in their cab, but found it didn't fit/work for whatever reason and returned it.

Muziker are great to deal with. Communication is very good. Their prices are good. The only negative thing I MUST say is that they use 2 courier companies who do not do their job properly : Example DPD NEVER deliver to actual postcodes address and leave expensive items inside gates a long way from the actual addresses and items have been stolen as a result. The same goes for GLS, another courier company who behave the same.
