Fantastic range of products. Bought a Souldier guitar strap and a selection of guitar plectrums that are unavailable on Thomman or Gear4music store. Price was excellent. Cheaper than all the boutique stores on Ebay. Got a brilliant discount for black friday. Transaction was very smooth and UPS delivery was a day earlier than the expected date. I will only buy from Muziker from now on.

Product was as described but delivery was slow. This seems to be a recurring issue for Muziker customers. My parcel delivery was handled by UPS and immediately after getting word the item had been dispatched I began receiving updates that the E.T.A. would be delayed. I couldn't get any updates when checking UPS tracking and for 5 days it said the item wasn't even out for delivery due to bad weather. Then suddenly it arrived in Ireland. There was also some damage to the outer packaging but thankfully Muziker had it well packed within. I can't fault Muziker as it was a speedy dispatch. It's just a shame they're having such a hard time finding a reliable courier service. It would put me off shopping here again sadly.

From the instant I placed the order until the confirmed delivery date I was in no doubt about the service.
