I placed an order for the Precision Pro Golf NX10 Non-Slope Rangefinder but unfortunately, it was out of stock. Within a few hours of placing my order, I got a notification of this from their customer service department. I was offered an alternative to my order so I changed my order to the Precision Pro with the slope range finder. Thankfully this was in stock and my new order was confirmed. The good news here is, the correct thing was done. The Precision Pro with the slope range finder is slightly more expensive than my original order and I was not charged the difference for changing my order. My order arrived approximately 5 days later. That is what I call good customer service. Thank you Muziker
