Great product and great service

The yarn I ordered was beautiful, but the box was almost open when I was handed it by the UPS courier! Luckily, the yarn was all there. Perhaps, it was damaged enroute? BRyan

My second and definitely not my last purchase from Muziker. I ordered a Yamaha SLG200NW, with total confidence based on my first buy (also a guitar). I understand the fear of spending a lot of money on an instrument and the worry of packaging and transport. In both cases with muziker = amazing arrived within a week (this included a weekend and to Ireland) packaging = gig bag within a hard box within ANOTHER hard box. I had many questions regarding the guitar, communication via chat was immediate and handled professionally. The price, customer care, just everything CANNOT be beaten by rival companies (I have also used), but never again. This company is my go to for any instrument..of which I'm hoping to return to for a piano soon. Thanks again muziker..loving the guitar. :)))
