Order every two weeks and customer service is excellent

Purchased my Enya Go accoustic electric guitar after seeing some reviews on YouTube. I was not disappointed. The sales process was simple and clear. My guitar arrived later than specified but through no fault of Musiker or the courier. It was delayed as a result of storm damage to the ferry port in Wales UK. Nevertheless it was possible to track the parcels journey through the system. When it arrived I was very impressed by the care taken to the packaging of the guitar. It arrived in perfect condition and on inspection it all worked as expected. I am thrilled to have it and I look forward to exploring all its features in the weeks ahead.

I ordered lovely wool again from this business which came quick enough considering it has to travel from Slovakia to Ireland & was kept updated on a regular basis. Will order again and hope that there will be a bit more quantity to choose from for there were only 3 balls of yard from a particular colour I needed. Not enough for a larger project unfortunately. But the quality was excellent and I'm happy with the service.
