Order: EY252628858 : Order Number: EY252628858. Hello, to say that I am disappointed is an understatement. As you know I ordered and paid for my new sewing machine and was informed that the estimated day of delivery was today 07/02/2025. I cannot understand why or how you have been paid in full, you have my money and I have nothing to show for it. I have been tracking my parcel since it was shipped on the 4th February, why it wasn't shipped on the 3rd February I don't know, only you know the answer to this question. My parcel is with DPD since the 4th February, it is showing in transit on the 5th February but now on the 7th February it appears it hasn't moved since then. I really thought that I could trust your company to have my paid for sewing machine with me by now as you had implied, how will I be able to inform my family and friends that you are a very good company to buy from, that they can trust and deal with. Please understand my disappointment and frustration. Can you attempt to find out when I can expect my purchase from you?, because I can't contact DPD, there is no method to contact them but I will try. Please let me know, reply to my email and keep me updated. Thanking you, Jim (James) Nolan. I will update my review when my parcel has arrived.
