From first seeing the product to checking it out to purchasing it was all plain sailing,the product arrived on time and it was very well packaged and damaged free,used the product for the first time last night and more than happy with the result

I purchased an electric piano and a few accessories from Muziker and the experience was great. Upon arriving, the piano turns out to be a refurbished one but we didn't know that. After contacting the store they quickly offered a couple of different options to me (including a replacement at no cost) but I accepted an extra discount to keep the instrument. Everything was pretty smooth and easy to deal with. I will definitely come back in the future.

The order was processed very quickly, although if it hadn't been for the delay caused by UPS, it would have been processed one day earlier.

Good value and quick delivery

I found it very easy to deal with and purchase from. The only complaint I have is that the courier that you use for deliveries here in Ireland are crap! I live in a cottage down behind a large house which is to the right inside the double entrance gates. DPD didn’t bother delivering it to the address with the postcode D18KH73, but dropped it over the outside gates where anyone could have it and taken it. There are THREE houses inside the gates. 1 directly to the left , 1 to the right and MY house down behind the one onthe right. Whoever delivered the is package was just too lazy to deliver it to the correct postcode address. It could easily have been robbed. Muziker-5. DPD-0.

Great prices and everything came in great condition. Delivery was a couple days later than expected but that's not a big deal.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE & QUICK DELIVERED AND RETURNS COLLECTION. BADLY PACKED, BASICALLY PUT A SEALED BOX INTO A BOX FOR DELIVERY WITH NO INTERIOR PACKING (BUBBLE WRAP ETC) IN MY VIEW ITEM GOT DAMAGED DUE TO NOT BEEN PACKAGED PROPERLY AND HAD TO BE SENT BACK. REALLY GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WERE VERY HELPFUL TO HAVE ITEM SHIPPED BACK BUT IT SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN DAMAGED IF PACKING WAS DONE PROPERLY. LETS SEE IF THE REPLACEMENT PICKUP IS PACKED PROPERLY.
