Ik snap de recensies niet zo goed. Heb veel lovende kritieken gelezen, ook de filmpjes van Mike Johnston bekeken en naar aanleiding daarvan de gok gewaagd. Ik zocht een donker klinkende ride die zich ook lekker laat crashen en hoopte dat deze ride mij dat zou geven. Dit bekken klinkt echter schel en produceert veel lawaai. Heb inmiddels een andere Meinl Byzance gevonden die wel aan mijn verwachtingen voldoet. Ik kreeg netjes mijn geld terug van Muziker. Prima winkel!

I don't really understand the reviews. I have read a lot of positive reviews, also watched the videos of Mike Johnston and took a chance based on that. I was looking for a dark sounding ride that also lets itself crash nicely and hoped that this ride would give me that. However, this cymbal sounds shrill and produces a lot of noise. In the meantime I have found another Meinl Byzance that does meet my expectations. I got my money back from Muziker. Great shop!
