Armory is a new semi-professional series, using hybrid bodies from a combination of outer birch (2.4mm), middle maple (2.4mm) and inner birch (2.4mm) with a total thickness of 7.2mm (6 layers). New are completely different SONIClear edges, whose higher membrane contact with the drum body brings a fuller sound and more powerful sustain. Tuning the drum is also significantly more comfortable and unwanted overtones are significantly reduced. The Armory series has also adopted the new SONIClear tom mounting, which you already know from e.g. the Saturn series or the Black Panther Concept Kit. The SONIClear system is also used for floor tom feet. The Armory series is manufactured with chrome mechanics.
