The first piece arrived non-functional, but it was quickly resolved with the complaints department. However, in a way that I am losing. Instead of waiting for the complaint to be processed, I was suggested to withdraw within 14 days and then order a new piece. However, the customer pays for the return shipping and the ordered new piece was no longer discounted. All in all, I ended up paying about 500 CZK more. Since the original piece came to me with a damaged cable and a non-functional receiver, I would have expected a more customer-friendly approach - namely an immediate exchange for a functional piece without paying for shipping or a "surcharge" according to the new price. By the way, the new piece came to me with a receiver that was not packaged. Apparently someone already had it in their hands. I don't care because it works, but not very well.
