Jackson Pro Rhoads RR EB Gloss Black Electric guitar

Electric guitar with Rhoads body shape from Pro Series that was first designed to meet the demands of technically challenging playing and visual panache of the Jackson’s first customer – the legendary guitarist Randy Rhoads. The result continues to evolve, meeting the needs of players who came of age listening to his ground-breaking work. This model features a distinctively shaped and bevelled mahogany body with gloss polyester finish and neck-through-body construction. The ultra-fast one-piece maple neck bears a pair of graphite rods for reinforcement against the assaults of temperature and humidity, remaining true for unbeatable performance while the speedy neck profile is engineered for blazing guitar work, removing any obstacles to fleet-fingered playing and granting easier access to the upper frets. A 12”-16” compound radius ebony fingerboard is engineered for highly technical light-speed playing – more curved by the nut for comfortable chording, it flattens out as the player moves up the speedy neck for increasingly fast playing speed and wide bends without fretting out. It features 22 jumbo frets and alumiloid shark fin inlays. Scale length is 648 mm, nut width is 43 mm. A pair of modern Seymour Duncan pickups drives this guitar’s flexible tone – a crisp JB TB4 humbucking bridge pickup and warm ’59 SH1N humbucking neck pickup combine for highly balanced, flexible tone, with plenty of high output for immaculate cleans and raw, raunchy distortion. Sound can be adjusted via Volume and Tone controls with dome style knobs and a three-position toggle pickup switch. The sensitive Floyd Rose FRT-O1000 recessed double-locking tremolo adds expressive vibrato to notes and chords with the tap of a finger while working in concert with the Floyd Rose R3 locking nut for rock-solid tuning performance and precise intonation. Other unique features include a Jackson pointed 6-In-Line headstock with sealed die-cast tuners, 4mm hex truss rod nut, one-ply white neck binding and NPS strings (.009-.042). Gloss Black colour design.
