British Pedal Company Compact Series MKII Tone Bender Fuzz Guitar Effect
A compact, modern replica of the 1966 Professional MKII Tone Bender pedal created by Gary Hurst. The BPC MKII Tone Bender features an authentic 3 transistor circuit with 3x OC81D transistors that provides a thicker and slightly less aggressive sound than the MKI version. The OC81D loaded original MKII can be heard on many Jimmy Page (Led Zeppelin) tracks such as 'Whole Lotta Love'.
Тype: Fuzz
Fuzz is an effect that heavily distorts the audio signal, creating a thick, buzzy, and compressed tone. It is known for its retro sound reminiscent of a broken amplifier. Commonly used to produce expressive, raw, and psychedelic tones, fuzz is especially popular in rock, garage, and alternative music. It gives playing a distinctive character and a powerful texture.
