Well-balanced set of single-coil neck and bridge pickups for 5-string electric bass guitar that provide a flexible array of tones, whether using separately or in combination, delivering thunderous lows of the neck pickup and the midrange cut of the bridge - or both - without 60 cycle hum. Like all Aguilar pickups, this pickup set is wound in Aguilar's NYC factory. It is a direct replacement for 4-string Fender P-Bass and Jazz bridge pickups. The neck pickup features a 42-gauge Formwar wire and Alnico V magnets, while the bridge pickup features a 43-gauge polyester-nylon wire and Alnico magnets. Both pickups feature black covers.
