Takamine P3NY Natural Electro-acoustic guitar

Electro-acoustic guitar with “New Yorker” parlor-style body from top-line Pro Series that offers a clear, full-bodied voice that resounds with an irresistible airy sweetness and character. Along with smooth feel and state-of-the-art onboard electronics, this model provides a wonderfully distinctive acoustic experience. The New Yorker is Takamine’s smallest full-scale guitar, super comfortable to play when seated or standing, with tone that is sweet and clear with a frequency range that makes it stand out in the mix. The solid cedar top features X bracing and ivory binding, with dark purfling and a gorgeous concentric-ring rosette with wood marquetry. The unique Takamine split-saddle bone bridge provides faultless intonation and excellent acoustic coupling to the top. Fretboard

Fretboard: Rosewood

Rosewood is a dark, dense wood that offers a warm, rich tone with excellent response and sustain. The rosewood fingerboard is valued for its smoothness and comfortable feel while offering durability and longevity. It is popular for its rich sound and classic aesthetic.

Finish

Finish: Satin

The satin finish is popular for its ability to combine the properties of both a glossy and matte finish. This type of finish provides a soft sheen, less intense than gloss but more pronounced than matte. This creates a smooth to touch, lightly reflective surface which gives an elegant and sophisticated appearance. The satin finish is ideal for those looking for a balance between visual appeal and convenience, as it can hide small imperfections and fingerprints better than glossy surfaces.
