Slidebars

A guitar slide is a simple but highly effective tool for guitarists who want to give their playing a distinctive sound. This small accessory creates smooth, gliding transitions between notes, giving music a characteristic blues or rock feel. A metal slide sounds brighter and louder, while a glass slide sounds softer; its internal diameter and weight must suit your chosen finger and the degree of control you require.

Thanks to their simplicity and versatility, slides are popular with musicians across genres and at every level of experience. Playing acoustic or electric guitar with a slide can significantly enrich the sound and add new emotional depth.
