Otakar Ševčík Houslová škola pro začátečníky op. 6 Sešit 1 Sheet Music

A Trusted First Volume for Young Violinists

Houslová škola pro začátečníky op. 6 Sešit 1 opens one of the most widely used beginner violin methods in the Czech and Central European teaching tradition. This first booklet introduces the very first positions, basic bow strokes, and simple melodic studies that lay the groundwork for all later playing. The edition is published by Bärenreiter Praha as part of the "Noty do školy" series, with the instructional text printed in Czech, Russian, and German so a single copy can serve students across multiple language backgrounds. At 22 pages in a soft-bound 24 x 31 cm format, it is light enough to slip into any instrument case alongside the student's own sheet music folder.
