Moondrop PILL Green Wireless Ear Loop headphones

Open-Ear Wireless Earbuds with Audiophile-Grade Tuning

The Moondrop PILL is a true wireless open-ear earbud engineered for listeners who refuse to plug their ear canals. A clip-on design rests gently on the outer ear, leaving the canal open so ambient sound and conversations remain audible. Built around a 13 mm dynamic driver with a compressed fibre diaphragm, this model follows Moondrop's VDSF target response for OWS, measured on a B&K 5128 reference rig, delivering situational awareness without sacrificing detailed music playback.

What Sets This Clip-On Earbud Apart

Two engineering choices distinguish this earbud from typical clip-on designs. Dipole Directional Sound Transmission technology uses a dipole acoustic structure to focus audio toward the listener, reducing sound leakage. The shape-memory C-bridge combines liquid silicone with a titanium memory wire for a snug, glasses-friendly fit, while an on-board NPU runs an AI ENC algorithm for clearer calls and the Moondrop Link app unlocks a parametric EQ with three bass presets.

Technical Specifications for Daily Use

Who Should Choose the Moondrop PILL

This earbud suits listeners who need to stay aware of their surroundings — runners who want to hear traffic, office workers who take frequent calls, and commuters who do not want to remove their earphones to talk to a cashier. A clip-on form factor fits users who find traditional in-ear tips uncomfortable after long sessions. The Moondrop PILL is the right choice for budget-conscious buyers who want app-driven EQ customisation and reliable Bluetooth 6.0 connectivity.
