Legere Classic DROEMH Reed

The Légère OBOE DROEMH is a Medium-Hard strength European Scrape oboe reed made from food-grade polypropylene — the first orchestra-grade synthetic oboe reed ever produced. It responds instantly straight from the box with no soaking needed and stays unaffected by humidity, temperature, or weather changes. The reed delivers a warm, centered tone with stable response through the high register and projects easily across the ensemble. With a total length of 69.8-70.2 mm and an initial aperture of 0.68-0.72 mm, it plays at A=440-442 Hz and is supplied with its own protective case.
