When polishing curved surfaces, such as the sides of an acoustic guitar, ensuring full contact between the sanding paper and the surface is crucial for effective sanding.

Traditionally, sanding is done by wrapping sandpaper around an oval or round block. However, this method only allows the sandpaper to make contact along a single line, reducing sanding efficiency.

The Flexible Sanding Pad is specifically designed to address this issue. It deforms freely to fit the guitar's curved surface, allowing the sandpaper to maintain full contact for more efficient sanding.

Additionally, we designed the pad to be the perfect size for use with two sheets of our Cassette Roll Paper, placed side by side.
