Eddie Vedder is an American singer, songwriter, and musician best known as the lead vocalist and primary lyricist of Pearl Jam. Renowned for his powerful baritone voice, Vedder also played a key role in the supergroup Temple of the Dog. He launched his solo career in 2007 with the acclaimed Into the Wild soundtrack, followed by Ukulele Songs and Water on the Road in 2011, and Earthling in 2022. In 2024, he released a cover of Save It for Later for the TV series The Bear. Vedder was ranked among the best lead singers of all time by Rolling Stone and was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame with Pearl Jam in 2017.
