The product arrived with a mechanical damage

If you can not find your order number or invoice, please contact our customer support.

I prefer my claim to be dealt with the following way:

*The resolution of the claim will be based on authorized service centre diagnostics
The product has a minor visual damage, I want to keep it and expect a fair discount price offer.

If all applicable provisions required by law are met, the purchase price will be reimbursed in the same way as during initial purchase.

If my order was paid in cash or cash on delivery, I agree that the payment will be made to the following bank account:

I will wrap the damaged product carefully and will include a printed out receipt. We want to order a right courier to pick up your parcel, therefore we need you to give us some information about the package we are going to pick up.

Once the claim is settled, send the repaired or replaced goods to the following address
