The Piano Guys are an American group from Utah made up of pianist Jon Schmidt, cellist Steven Sharp Nelson, videographer Paul Anderson, and producer Al van der Beek. Known for their creative piano and cello arrangements that blend classical, pop, film music, and original pieces, they rose to fame on YouTube with cinematic music videos starting in 2011. By early 2020, their channel had over two billion views and nearly seven million subscribers. Their first eight studio albums all reached number one on the Billboard Classical or New Age charts.
