Compression/sustain guitar effect pedal that allows for modifying the sustain and attack of the guitar sound and taking control of the dynamics. Using classic variable gain techniques it will provide masses of clean sustain, which it can be utilised in any style. The pedal senses the level of the incoming guitar signal and, as the signal level decays, the gain of the internal circuitry is boosted to provide extra level and hence sustain. The Attack control modifies the dynamic response of the guitar signal (the effect of plucking a string) and allows for achieving a range of effects from rounded and mellow to percussive and funky. The pedal also features an Emphasis control which allows for assigning compression and target the frequencies the need to be compressed.
