Struny su pomerne makke, tak ako pise vyrobca "Super Light" Vhodnejsie skôr na jemnejšiu, preciznejsiu techniku hry. Tiez slap sa hra s nimi celkom pohodlne. Pri razantnom style hry struny aj po doladeni krku a kobylky na basgitare pomerne dost rezonuju o prazce, asi by som ich nedoporučoval na tvrdsie styly. Kovovy, cinkavy zvuk vydrzal asi 2 tyzdne. Podobne ako pri iných daddario pro steels v tejto cenovej hladine
