Asking Alexandria is an English rock band from York, North Yorkshire, known for their dynamic sound that blends metalcore and hard rock. Formed in 2006 by guitarist Ben Bruce, the current lineup features Cameron Liddell on guitar, James Cassells on drums, Danny Worsnop on vocals, and Sam Bettley on bass. After making their debut with the album Stand Up and Scream in 2009, the band continued to gain momentum with releases like Reckless and Relentless and From Death to Destiny. Over the years, Asking Alexandria has evolved their style, moving from heavy, electronic-infused metalcore to a more melodic and hard rock-driven approach, as heard on albums like Like a House on Fire and See What's on the Inside.
