I used these earplugs at a really loud event with the SILVER filter, and they did a really good job. I’m not saying the sound quality was perfect with the earplugs; they took away most of the high frequencies. However, the more important thing was to protect my hearing, and they provided really good protection. I could hear the music and others talking to me. Talking had to be close to the ear, but that’s how it usually happens anyway at a loud party.
