Three Days Grace is a Canadian rock band from Norwood, Ontario, originally formed in 1992 as Groundswell. After an early run and brief disbandment, the group reformed in 1997 under their current name and relocated to Toronto. The classic lineup featured Adam Gontier, Neil Sanderson, and Brad Walst, with Barry Stock joining as lead guitarist in 2003. In 2013, Matt Walst became lead vocalist, and in 2024, Gontier rejoined, making Three Days Grace a dual-vocalist, five-member band for the first time. Signed to RCA Records, the band has released seven studio albums, including Three Days Grace, One-X, and Life Starts Now—all earning multi-platinum status in the US and Canada. Known for their powerful rock anthems, Three Days Grace holds 19 number-one singles on the Billboard Mainstream Rock chart, and their music has sold over 10 million albums and singles worldwide.
