Mix 300g (approximately two level 250ml measures (there is a scoop included in the tub) with 700ml water in a shaker or blender.

Consume Instant Mass® Heavyweight between meals to maintain a positive nitrogen balance, or drink 20-30 minutes after a workout for optimal results. Alternatively, take Instant Mass® Heavyweight 45-60 minutes before bed to contribute to muscle maintenance overnight.

Recommended dosage:
Mix a 150g dose (1 level 250ml measuring cup **) in 350 ml of water in a shaker or mixer until smooth and consume immediately. Take 2 doses (300g) a day. For people starting with this product, we recommend starting with 1 dose and gradually increasing the dose to 2 doses per day. If you want a creamier and more energetic drink, use semi-skimmed milk instead of water. The product is suitable for consumption all day between meals or 20-30 minutes after training or 45 to 60 minutes before bedtime. ** The measuring cup can be found inside the package, due to transport it may lie on the bottom.

Not suitable for children, adolescents under 18, pregnant and lactating women. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
