HMS LR8310 Bodybuilding Bench

The Roman bench or hyperextension serves to intensively strengthen the back and sciatic muscles. For the correct position during exercise, the support is height-adjustable in the range of 93 - 121 cm. For load regulation, the bench is adjustable to four angles. Exercising on this bench prevents, among other things, back pain caused by weakened lumbar muscles.
