Dobrý den, zakoupil jsem tento paddleboard, asi při třetí návštěvě u vody došlo k jeho rozlepení. proto jsem uplatnil jeho reklamaci. Po posouzení závady mi byl paddleboard ve velmi krátké době vyměněn za nový. Zdůrazňuji že s reklamací nebyly žádné problémy. Proto bych firmu doporučil a poděkoval za rychlé jednání. Tady bych chtěl poděkovat paní v zákaznickém centru která mi s reklamací ochotně pomohla. Firmu Muziker proto doporučuji a děkuji za vstřícné jednání.
