Delphin Filleting Knife ERGONO

The ERGONO knife has an incredibly pleasant and comfortable handle grip with special grips for the thumb and index finger. The relatively wide blade offers optimum cutting power even when working long hours in a filleting plant. You can also use it as a versatile kitchen knife for different meal preparations. At the back of the handle you will find a lanyard hole. You can also use this hole just to hang the knife. It comes with a nylon sheath that you can strap onto your belt.
